Thank you for shopping at THE LUX EDIT. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at theluxeditshop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
